Join us for an intimate, engaging event with Gopi Pillai, DPT. Gopi is an expert on women's health, experienced pelvic floor physical therapist, and owner of Blueprint Physical Therapy. You will learn all about the pelvic floor, its function, and how it is impacted by pregnancy, birth, and caring for a newborn (and beyond). Topics will include: urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, the pelvic floor and cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, and so much more. Whether you're trying to conceive, newly pregnant, many years postpartum, or somewhere in between, you are welcome to join us, learn, share, and ask questions. (No question is off limits or tmi!)
