PRECONCEPTION/TTC CARE

$300/session

Sam is available for consultations and education on preconception & fertility health for those planning or actively trying to conceive (TTC). These Sessions can take place over Zoom or in the Sage Midwifery office and include:

  • Nutrition education

  • Instruction on cycle charting

  • Health and fertility history intake

  • Referrals for other modalities that promote fertility

  • *Any labs drawn or ordered are an additional charge incurred by you and/or your insurance company.

Prior to a Preconception/TTC visit, a 15 minute screening call will be scheduled.

INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION

In-home intrauterine insemination flips the typical, more medical IUI, and puts you in charge. We are here to help you chart your cycles, become familiar with your body’s fertile signs, and when the timing is right we come to your home and perform the IUI so that you might conceive. Any time a family decides to grow is a special one and it is our honor to participate! We are particularly passionate about helping LGBTQ+ folks build their families in a gentle, informed, and affirming way. We are aware that there are few midwives who offer these services. If you live more than 40 miles from our office, we are not able to come to your home BUT we are happy to meet you at the Sage office for the IUI! Contact us for more information and availability.

IUI & Fertility Tracking Package ~ $500/cycle and session

This package includes a an initial 15 minute phone call so that Sam can get a sense of where you are in your fertility journey and for you to ask any questions you may have.

If you and Midwife Sam agree to move forward, a 60 minute fertility education session will be scheduled (either via zoom or at the Sage Midwifery office). This education session will cover: the ins and outs and tracking your cycle, Sage Midwifery’s standard process for in-home IUI, how to contact the midwife, overview and informed consent on intrauterine insemination at home, and any other logistics that may be required (such as when to get the sperm, release forms, etc.) At the end of this session, you will make a plan for IUI timing based off of your individual cycle and other information shared with Sam.
